What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Our charters typically provide a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Each service offering comes with its own unique inclusions—for instance, evening sails might feature gourmet bites and specialized refreshments, whereas business charters include amenities fit for corporate gatherings.
When should I secure my booking?
Securing a reservation a few weeks prior is advised, notably during the busy period, which runs from May to September. A longer lead time of about a month to a month and a half is better for corporate gatherings and private festivities, as it ensures more options are available and leaves ample time for personalized arrangements.
What occurs in the event of bad weather?
Our priority always remains the safety of our guests. In case the captain deems the weather conditions as hazardous, you will be offered a chance to reschedule to an alternate date or receive a full refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and should any inclement weather be predicted, we will reach out to you at least a day prior to your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing aboard your own consumables is permitted. Alongside that, we offer premium catering services that can be tailored to your preference. It's important to note that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed.
Is there accommodation for guests with access concerns?
We aim to accommodate all passengers inclusively. Some of our yachts are better equipped with accessibility features, so please reach out to us during the reservation process to discuss any detailed requirements and we'll arrange for the most suitable vessel.
What's the protocol for cancellations?
For cancellations carried out with 72 hours or more notice, a full refund is provided. Those made within 24 to 72 hours qualify for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours prior to the charter are non-refundable unless caused by adverse weather or mechanical failures attributed to our end.
